This means that 22,700,000 Americans are either unemployed, underemployed or have just given up looking! We have the solution!
In partnership with several leading experts in automation and continuous improvement we have engineered a new, standardized, trademarked, low-cost alternative to outplacement, called World2Work™. Furthermore, we will be able to deliver this needed training to significantly more of the 1 in 6 Americans who is either unemployed, underemployed (and involuntarily working part-time) or have just given up. This is the case because we will provide employers more for less. As a result, they will be more willing to provide this service to exponentially more of their displaced workers!
For employers we have three major benefits over traditional outplacement:

- Exponentially more good will.
- Scalability through standardization.
Because of how we formulated World2Work™ we will be able to provide it to employers for only 10% of their current outplacement cost! As a result, they will be more willing and able to provide this needed training to 10 times as many of their displaced workers because: a) it will cost them less and b) it will provide them a lot more good will.
